Freelance Social Media & Content Manager
What you'll do
- Plan, create, edit, and publish Reels, short videos, photos, and daily Stories
- Manage TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Write captions that feel human, warm, and on-brand
- Build and nurture community: reply to DMs, comments, and spark genuine conversations
- Help recruit and support social ambassadors and creators, building authentic content and strong long-term relationships.
- Track performances and trends and translate insights into testable content and distribution strategies.
- Support paid social campaigns with creative that converts while staying true to the brand
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation / Strong grasp of TikTok, Meta and Google performance metrics
- Strong video and photo editing skills
- A confident storyteller who can write and produce content parents connect with
- Experience managing social for a consumer brand (fashion/parenting a plus)
- Comfortable working flexibly in a small team & adaptable to last-minute changes (we're a start-up, and life with kids is unpredictable!)
- Ability to analyse social media metrics to optimise performance
- Own and report on core social KPIs
