• Can I return Perfectly Imperfect items?
Perfectly Imperfect items are discounted and non-refundable. We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
• How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
• How do I start a return or exchange?
Email help@morning-marvels.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorisation number and instructions.
• Who pays for return postage?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
• What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, only tried on at home, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original condition.
• Can I return underwear?
No. Underwear is non returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Can I make more than one return from the same order?
We accept one return per order and cannot currently process split returns.
• What happens if my order included a free gift?
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned in its original condition with the rest of your items. If the gift is kept, its value will be deducted from your refund.
• What happens if my return drops me below the free delivery threshold?
If your return means your remaining order no longer qualifies for free delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• What if my item is faulty or damaged?
